Refund policy
At Vaige, we want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
We offer a 30-day policy for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you can request a resend or refund.
How It Works:
- Tracking & Investigation: Before issuing a refund, we will check with the carrier to confirm the shipping status.
- Resend First: If possible, we will resend the item before offering a refund.
- Refund Approval: Refunds will only be processed once we confirm the item is undeliverable.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it if it meets the following conditions:
✔️ Unworn & unused
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Proof of purchase (your email confirmation)
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at admin@vaige.com with your order details.
- Ship the item back after approval. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.)
- Receive your refund or exchange after we inspect the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and may cover return shipping if needed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank.)
Important Notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
