• Handmade pieces will be unique. It's possible to notice differences or flaws in the size, color, finish, etc. of the item. 

• A variety of pieces in our shop are one of a kind and limited edition. This means there is a limited supply or only one of the item available. There is no guarantee this item will be restocked in the future as it is sourced second hand or may be rare to find the exact same and/or create the exact same item again. 

Pre-order items are not currently in stock. They will soon be available. Pre-ordering ensures you get the first release of the product!
Wait time is approx 1-3 weeks. Items will be shipped once back in stock.

• Most items are second hand and may show signs of wear. If the item has a big fault it will be included in the description.

• By placing an order you acknowledge that your address and any additional info is correct. You have reviewed the item description, photos, and measurements prior to purchasing. You know that once VAIGE drops off your package it is the responsibility of the carrier from then on. 

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery date. please email us admin@vaiges.com

International, custom and marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. A shipping, restocking and handling fee of $4.50 will be deducted from your return. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1) Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2) Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3) Send all items back to us using the label provided and original packaging you received your item in.
After receiving your item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your refund or store credit. If your return is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the return.

VAIGE reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time.
